Engineered power solutions designed for real-world use. Built for reliability, serviceability, and long-term performance in demanding environments.
Applications
- Tiny homes
Food trucks
Mobile businesses
Remote buildings
Hybrid power systems
Specialty installations
Custom Engineered Systems
Each system is designed specifically for the application rather than assembled from generic components. This ensures the battery, inverter, charging system, and protection components all operate together reliably and efficiently.
Why Choose a Custom System?
- Properly matched components
Higher reliability
Optimized performance
Longer service life
Scalable designs
Serviceable architecture
Practical Engineering Approach
Systems are designed around actual usage conditions, not theoretical specifications. Load requirements, duty cycles, environmental conditions, and expansion needs are considered from the start to ensure dependable performance over time.
Example Applications
A custom 24V power system was engineered for a mobile sauna installation requiring off-grid capability. The system included inverter integration for occasional AC loads while eliminating the need for permanent mains connection.
A small flat was build on a property but wanted to be simple enough without trenching power and involving electrical authority. Building the building essentially as a marine vessel with a small inverter provided a robust cost effective solution.
A workshop that required three phase power used a custom battery and synced inverters for three phase power. The power requirement was for a large welder which the unit could supply; however, with the short duty cycle a solar unit was used. A 240V Inlet was available to run a charger to ensure reliability. The inverters also provided cleaner power than grid supplied which the welder noted.
Caravan system was supplied a system in conjunction with our cylindrical battery service. Due to small space we were able to build a high power battery to fit into a curved space. Product met all requirements and allowed for future additional equipment such as an AC unit.
